I used to click through the same steps after every deploy.

After every deploy to production, I would open the application and click through a path I knew by heart. The same steps, in the same order, to make sure the things people relied on still worked.

It was a small piece of work, but it came back with every deploy. I wanted to show that path once and have it checked again without having to remember to do it myself.

That’s where stillworks.watch started. Record a customer path, then let it run again daily and after detected deploys, within your plan’s limits. If that check fails twice in a row, it sends you the evidence.

I’ve been programming since I was fifteen. That curiosity took me through IT studies at school and university, and into a career building the systems behind applications.

Today, I’m CTO at Conviu, responsible for the platform’s technology direction, performance and reliability. Before that, I worked as a senior backend developer on Lékárna.cz and MojaLekaren.sk.

I’ve also taught public and company workshops and spoken at developer conferences. Building software and sharing what I learn have been part of the same work for me.

I’m building stillworks.watch for other developers who know that shipping something is only part of looking after it.
